A graduate of Johnson & Wales University and a long time contributor of the restaurant and catering business, Luke takes great pride in highlighting seasonal cuisine. He is committed to being a positive part of the community, using green practices, supporting local farmers and producers, as well as donating to educational and environmental charities. Luke and his wife, Chris, are the parents of two children, two dogs, and a posse of chickens. He enjoys gardening and snow skiing, and in his spare time, does charity work for the Moses H Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro.
Event Planner/Sales Coordinator
Heather is a project oriented individual who loves the process of planning and then seeing an event come to fruition. She is a fitness and sports enthusiast who has attended six Summer Olympic Games. In addtion to sports, Heather enjoys food, drink, live music, as well as her friends and family. She returned to The Catering Company in 2016 where she was an event planner from 2006 to 2013.
Becca has been heavily involved in the event industry; occupying various roles throughout her life. Leading up to her position at The Catering Company, Becca has been a DJ, art curator, and music journalist, to name a few. With a wide background, Becca offers a plethora of insight and expertise when coordinating events.
Jamie fulfills her passion of exceeding hospitality standards and providing exceptional customer service as a planner with the Catering Company. Having recently moved to the Triangle, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband, son and dog exploring the area. Jamie also enjoys traveling, dining out, and attending live music events.
Staffing and Fleet Manager
Alan's favorite component about working in the event industry is when all the challenging aspects of creating a successful event seamlessly come together when working in conjunction with an experienced and professional staff. Alan enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and authentic Mexican cuisine.
Operations and Beverage Manager, Wine Director
When exploring Sarah's favorite elements of the event industry, she identifies the rewarding results that are yielded from a collaborative effort, as well as pairing notable wines with the excellent cusine that our chefs carefully design for our clients. Sarah is heavily involved with animal welfare and actively hosts a local radio show, as she greatly enjoys music.
Accounts Receivable, Benefits Administrator
After twenty years as an executive chef in the area, Michael now enjoys counting the beans as opposed to cooking them. He's an avid reader as well and it presently writing a memoir on growing up, with deep roots in rural Durham County.
